PROBLEM

New Orleans city is downer of water level of Mississippi River & PontchartrainLake.

In 2005 surge storm of Hurricane Katrina caused more than 50 breaches in drainage canal levees and precipitated the worst engineering disaster in the history of the United States.

New Orleans had 1.2 millions of inhabitants, 80% of them were affected.

800.000 displaced persons.

GOVERNMENT STRATEGY

Invert U$3.237.000.000 to rebuild just Federal buildings.

Six month after general situation continued been extremely bad.

PROJECT STRATEGY

1.-Create public survival equipment for different tragedy situations.

2.-This public equipment must be in public spaces (park, squares, sport field, etc)

like a normal public equipment (benches, tables, platforms, etc).
